Silent Light Course Description

A co-teacher is assigned to each student for the entire school year.

A monthly mediation report will be mailed each MONTH to the co-teacher. Every two months, the written homework assignment, will be turned in, along with that month’s meditation report, to the co-teacher. The designated co-teacher will respond to the students written lesson/work and meditation report. The assigned co-teacher will respond by letter to each students' written lesson and meditation report and answer students questions.

Annually, there will be a gathering of students and co-teachers for the purpose of uniting together, sharing, meditating, and breaking bread together.

It will be the responsibility of the student to purchase the necessary books for the lessons. Silent Light can provide a list of suggested book dealers from which the student may order the required texts, or check out our online bookstore. The lessons and questions are drawn from the required texts.

The tuition is $200.00 for each Semester, $400.00 total for the school year’s two semesters. Price includes curriculum and annual retreat. Price for schoolbooks is not included. Administration/binder/handouts costs: $15.00 for years 1, 2, and 3; $30.00 for 4th year.

The course work, assignments and meditation requirements will be sent to each student.

THE FIRST MEDITATION REPORT WILL BE DUE ON: OCTOBER 11 AND THE FIRST HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENT AND 2ND MEDITATION REPORT WILL BE DUE ON: NOVEMBER 11.

All meditation reports and written homework are to be turned in "on time" in order that, as a group, we are working together. Non-compliance to this policy can result in requesting that the student withdraw from the school.

The first semester of the first year (101) focuses on personal development and integration. The second semester (102) will address death, life after death, and related subjects.

• The second year (201/202) will concern the study of the unifying concepts in world religions and philosophy.

• The third year (301/302) is the study of the foundation of spiritual healing for the body, mind and soul, and the cause of disease on the planet.

• The fourth year (401/402) is the study of Kabbalah, the Secret Doctrine and symbology as represented by the Tarot. Additional subjects may be added to the course.
